Prado Traveler — Subscription Terms & Conditions

TL;DR — These Terms explain how our optional Silver, Gold, Arcanite, and Obsidian memberships work—how we bill you, what perks you get, how to cancel, and the legal ground rules. By starting or continuing a subscription you agree to everything below, so please read carefully.

1. Definitions

"Subscription" or "Membership"Any paid, auto‑renewing plan (Silver, Gold, Arcanite, or Obsidian) that grants cosmetic items, in‑game titles, Discord access, and other perks.
"Perks"Digital items, cosmetic skins, Discord roles, previews, voting privileges, or other benefits included in a Subscription tier.
"You" or "Player"Any individual who purchases, activates, or enjoys Perks from a Subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older (or the age of digital consent in your country) and have a valid Prado Traveler account.

If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

Subscriptions are personal, non‑transferable, and tied to the Prado Traveler account that purchased them.

*Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes or fees required by your local jurisdiction or app store. Exact price in your currency is set by Apple App Store / Google Play and may fluctuate with exchange rates.

4. Billing, Renewal, & Cancellation

Auto‑renewal. Your Subscription renews automatically every billing period (currently monthly) and charges the payment method linked to your Apple ID / Google Play account until you cancel.

Platform handling. All payments, billing disputes, and refunds are processed by the platform where you subscribed (Apple or Google). Their terms may apply in addition to ours.

How to cancel. You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. Per platform rules, the Subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle; no partial‑month refunds are provided unless required by local law.

Price changes. If we change Subscription pricing, we will give at least 30 days' notice via in‑app message or email. Continued use after the effective date equals acceptance of the new price. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

No free trials. We do not currently offer introductory free trials, promotional trial periods, or grace periods.

5. Perks & Digital Content

Perks are cosmetic or social in nature and grant no gameplay advantage.

Perks are licensed, not sold. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed outside Prado Traveler, and may not be resold.

We aim to keep Perks available for the life of the game but reserve the right to modify, substitute, or retire any Perk (e.g., when a Season ends, if required by law, or for balance reasons). Where feasible, we will give reasonable notice before material changes.

Limited‑run Perks (e.g., "Founder" title) may only be obtainable during the advertised window; once that window closes they may never be offered again.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Follow the Prado Traveler Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and any platform rules.
  • Do not attempt to hack, duplicate, sell, or reverse‑engineer Perks.
  • Keep your account secure; we are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access that results from your negligence (e.g., sharing passwords).

7. Termination

By you: Cancel your Subscription at any time (see § 4).

By us: We may suspend or terminate your Subscription, game account, or access to Perks if you violate these Terms, the game ToS, or applicable law. No refund is owed for terminations due to your breach.

If the Prado Traveler service is discontinued, we will give as much advance notice as reasonably possible and stop future billing.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Prado Traveler Subscriptions are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that Perks will always be error‑free, or that the game will remain available in all regions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Subscriptions will not exceed the amount you paid for the current billing period. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so this limitation may not apply to you.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will take effect 30 days after we notify you via in‑app pop‑up, email, or patch notes. Continuing your Subscription after that date means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

  • Where do I cancel? → Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
  • Will I lose my Perks if I cancel? → Yes, Perks are active only while your Subscription is active. Permanent, one‑time unlocks (if any) will be clearly labeled.
  • Refunds? → Handled by Apple / Google subject to their policies and local consumer laws.
  • Changing tiers? → Upgrade/downgrade through the store. Your new tier starts immediately; the platform prorates billing per its own rules.
