These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prado Traveler mobile game and community forum (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Prado Traveler ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Game or Forum, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we learn that someone under the age of 13 has used the Service, we will take appropriate steps to remove their data.
To access certain features, you may need to sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activity under your account.

The Service includes community features such as in-game chat and a public forum where users can create threads, post guides, comment on discussions, and interact with other players. All user-generated content may be monitored or moderated to enforce community guidelines and maintain a safe environment. We do not use this content for advertising or analytics.
Forum Features and Responsibilities:
Content Ownership and License:
You retain ownership of content you create and post on the Forum. However, by posting content, you grant Prado Traveler a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Service. This allows us to show your guides, comments, and threads to other users.
Moderation Rights:
We reserve the right to remove, edit, or hide any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. We may also restrict or remove access to forum features for users who repeatedly violate our rules. Content moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion.
We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not endorse any opinions, advice, or information posted by users. Use forum content at your own discretion and risk.
With your permission, the Game accesses your daily step count data from Apple HealthKit or Google Fit to deliver in-game rewards. We also collect anonymized usage data (e.g., menu clicks, screen views) to improve the Game. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
If you opt in, we may send push notifications about game progress, events, and updates. You may disable these at any time in your device settings.
All content in Prado Traveler — including game assets, design, text, code, and the forum platform — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
User-generated content (such as forum posts, guides, and comments) remains the property of the respective authors, subject to the license granted in Section 4. You may not copy or reproduce other users' content without their permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including the Game and Forum) at any time for violation of these Terms or for other reasons, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data. Please note that forum posts and contributions may remain visible even after account deletion, though they may be anonymized.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, always available, or meet your expectations. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or quality of user-generated content on the Forum. Use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of access, personal injury from in-game activity, or damages resulting from user-generated content or interactions with other users on the Forum.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll notify you via the app, website, or forum. Continued use of the Service after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or these Terms will be resolved through binding individual arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise agreed.
You and Prado Traveler agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
